Heslop has been ordered to head straight to the tribunal and faces a potential three-game ban for a rough conduct offence on Melbourne's Rhi Watt during the Lions' 25-point win on Saturday night.
The incident was graded as careless, severe impact and high conduct after Watt was concussed in a tackle during the first quarter.
Mullins, who was influential in the first quarter and was last week nominated for the AFLW Rising Star award, has been offered a one-match ban for striking Melbourne's Shelley Heath during the opening term.
The Lions pair aren't the only players staring at the possibility of missing a final, with Geelong's Kate Darby offered a one-match ban for rough conduct on Hawthorn young gun Jasmie Fleming.
Brisbane will travel to Adelaide to renew their long-standing rivalry with the Crows, who claimed the minor premiership, on Saturday.
The Cats will host Essendon in an elimination final at GMHBA Stadium on Sunday.
